Job Description
The Security Supervisor will oversee day-to-day security operations, provide leadership and guidance to security personnel, ensure safety of company assets, staff, and customers, and enforce compliance with security policies and procedures across Mack Capitals’ facilities.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the work of security guards to ensure effective security coverage.
- Plan duty schedules, patrol routes, and deployment of security personnel at various company sites.
- Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and security checks to detect risks or security weaknesses.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches; prepare incident reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Enforce adherence to security procedures, access control systems, and safety protocols.
- Train, mentor, and guide security personnel to ensure discipline, professionalism, and high performance.
- Identify potential threats, conduct basic risk assessments, and advise management on preventive measures.
- Maintain proper records of security activities, reports, and shift operations.
- Work closely with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders when required.
- Promote a culture of vigilance, integrity, and safety across the organisation.
