Job Description
The Secretary will be responsible for rendering day-to-day secretarial and administrative services to support the smooth functioning of the Integrated Transport Planning Section. This includes handling correspondence, filing, scheduling, and other clerical tasks as required. The successful candidate will be computer literate, detail-oriented, and able to provide professional and efficient support. The role also requires compliance with the City’s background check policies.

How to Apply
Provide secretarial, clerical, and administrative support services.
Assist with document preparation, filing, and record keeping.
Handle correspondence, communication, and scheduling for the section.
Support the Integrated Transport Planning Section in day-to-day operations.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling official information.
Grade 12 plus a secretarial qualification or formal training.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant secretarial or administrative experience.
Computer literacy (MS Office and related applications).
Must undergo a criminal record check and consent to fingerprinting by the Tshwane Metro Police Department (at own cost).
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
