Job Title: Scrum Master

Ericsson is seeking an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master to join our Mobile Financial Services (MFS) delivery team. In this role, you will lead agile project execution for cloud-based mobile wallet implementations across global markets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and certified Scrum professional, capable of guiding cross-functional teams, managing multi-vendor environments, and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of complex MFS solutions.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
Facilitate and lead daily Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Drive agile delivery of end-to-end MFS projects across multiple geographies.
Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
Track team performance, remove blockers, and continuously optimize workflows.
Ensure transparency and visibility using tools like Jira, MS Visio, and MS Project.
Handle escalations, manage risks, and support issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
Promote Agile best practices, coach teams on frameworks like Scrum and SAFe.
Coordinate with global and offshore teams, ensuring effective communication and delivery excellence.
Support compliance with legal, financial, and security directives.
Oversee team activities during scheduled maintenance windows, including off-hour support when required.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or MCA (or equivalent).
8–12 years of total experience, with at least 2–4 years as a Scrum Master in IT or digital projects.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required; PMP/Prince2 is a plus.
Experience in cloud-based mobile wallet, mobile money, or M-Commerce systems is preferred.
Proficiency in agile project management tools and methodologies.
Strong leadership, communication, and team facilitation skills.
Ability to work in customer time zones and handle cross-regional team coordination.
Exposure to multi-vendor environments, project planning, and ITIL processes.
Passion for continuous improvement and agile delivery excellence.
