Job Description
The School Administrator will oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the school to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective service delivery.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage school records, files, and correspondence
- Coordinate admissions, registration, and pupil records
- Support staff management, attendance tracking, and scheduling
- Handle communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders
- Assist in financial administration, fee records, and procurement
- Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements
- Support the Head Teacher in planning and school operations
- Maintain a professional and welcoming school office environment
