Job Description
The SAP Functional Logistics Analyst will design, configure, and implement SAP solutions to streamline logistics processes within Capitec. The role includes managing system integration, ensuring alignment of SAP with business needs, and leveraging automation to drive efficiency. The incumbent will support day-to-day operations by resolving 2nd and 3rd level incidents and providing expert input into SAP Logistics-related projects. They will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP solutions, focusing on procurement, supply chain, and plant maintenance.

How to Apply
Configure, customise, and deploy SAP S/4 HANA Logistics solutions (MM, PM, QM).
Support integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO) and external systems.
Develop Fiori functional designs and implement user-centric solutions.
Provide expert guidance on procurement, inventory, and plant maintenance processes.
Resolve 2nd and 3rd level incidents to ensure smooth business operations.
Align SAP logistics processes with best practices and business requirements.
Participate in SAP project lifecycles, from design to go-live and support.
Contribute to automation initiatives and process optimisation.
Ensure compliance with IT best practices, frameworks (e.g., ITIL 4), and security policies.
Document processes, solutions, and maintain system configuration standards.

Qualifications (Minimum)
Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Logistics, or related field.
Qualifications (Preferred)
Degree in Commerce or Information Technology (Computer Science).
Experience
5–7 years in SAP systems design, configuration, and implementation.
5–7 years in systems integration design and implementation.
Experience in Supply Chain processes (Source to Contract, Procurement, Inventory, Plant Maintenance).
Experience in Fiori functional design and implementation.
Technical systems support and SAP authorisations exposure.
Knowledge (Minimum)
SAP Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Best practice in SAP S/4 HANA.
SAP Logistics modules: MM, PM, QM.
Knowledge (Ideal)
Financial/Banking systems.
Integration with FICO.
Agile methodologies (2+ years), Jira/Confluence.
ITIL 4 and IT Service Management.
Project management methods.
Core procurement concepts and advanced integration knowledge.
Skills
