- Lead, coach and supervise the sales team to achieve customer acquisition, loan disbursement and sales targets.
- Develop and manage referral channels and partnerships to generate quality leads and grow the customer base.
- Drive sales pipeline management from lead generation through application processing to loan disbursement.
