Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients for micro lending products.
- Promote and explain micro lending products to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
- Evaluate loan applications to determine eligibility and creditworthiness.
- Conduct thorough background checks and financial assessments of applicants.
- Approve or reject loan applications based on established criteria.
- Manage and monitor loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the loan process.
- Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions and client interactions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on loan activities to the management team.
