Job Description
To help grow our business, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients for construction services, concrete brick and paver laying, and machinery hiring.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to showcase services and capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
