Job Description
To promote and sell the company's tomato sauce and chili sauce products, acquire new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role involves reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager within the Sales & Marketing Department.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and institutions.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to management.
- Ensure timely order collection and customer servicing
- Support product promotions, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in debt collection and customer account management.
- Maintain positive relationships with all customers.
