- Manage company social media accounts and online communities.
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photos, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries online.
- Analyze social media and website performance metrics.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Generate monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads.
- Manage company website content and updates.
