Job Description
The Sales Representative will focus on identifying new commercial and industrial clients for solar solutions. This role includes conducting product presentations, providing technical consultations, and developing lasting client relationships. The representative will negotiate pricing and contracts, work with project management teams to ensure successful project delivery, and track leads using CRM software. The position also involves staying updated on solar industry trends and providing after-sales service and project updates to customers.

How to Apply
Identify and target new commercial and industrial clients for solar solutions.
Conduct product presentations and provide technical consultations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales deals.
Coordinate with technical and project management teams for project delivery.
Manage sales leads using CRM software.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Stay updated on solar technologies, industry trends, and market developments.
Provide customers with updates on project progress and after-sales service.
Negotiate with retail merchants for better product exposure.
Answer customer questions about products and services.
Provide product samples and catalogs to customers.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
7-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and market trends.
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals.
Strong skills in active listening, persuasion, negotiation, judgment, and decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
Fluency in English.
