Job Description
The Sales Representative will play a key role in growing the company’s customer base by actively promoting and selling Bidii Credit products. The role includes delivering products and services to customers, prospecting new clients, and providing after-sales support. The representative will also be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The position requires resilience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver Bidii Credit products and services to customers.
Promote and sell loan products within the assigned territory.
Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven sales experience in financial services or related sectors.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven.
