Job Description
The Sales Representative will identify and engage prospects within assigned territories, sell a portfolio of ISP services (Fiber Internet, Wireless Broadband, VoIP, VPN, and value-added solutions), and convert leads through structured follow-ups. The role requires explaining technical offerings in simple, customer-friendly language, preparing proposals, handling objections, closing deals, and ensuring smooth onboarding in collaboration with technical teams. The Representative will maintain customer relationships for renewals and referrals, track activities and pipeline, provide timely reports, and monitor competitor offerings and market trends to inform sales strategy.

Prospect and qualify new clients within assigned estates/territories.
Sell ISP solutions: Fiber, Wireless Broadband, VoIP, VPN, and add-ons.
Generate leads, conduct demos/presentations, follow up, and close.
Explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical customers.
Achieve/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and referrals.
Track activities, pipeline, and conversions; prepare timely sales reports.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service activation and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Requirements
Entry level or 1 year of sales experience.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, resilient, customer-focused; able to work independently.
Familiarity with Lagos estates/locations.
Basic proficiency with MS Office/CRM tools (added advantage).
Key Competencies
Excellent sales and negotiation skills; goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to simplify and communicate technical solutions.
Customer relationship management; teamwork and collaboration.
