Job Description
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential feed manufacturers and stakeholders in the animal feed industry, executing sales strategies, building customer relationships, providing technical product support, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a motivated self-starter with a strong commercial drive and experience in the agricultural or animal feed industry.

How to Apply
Identify and map potential feed manufacturers and key customers in the assigned territory
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for feed additives
Develop and maintain relationships with procurement teams, technical staff, and decision-makers at feed mills
Deliver technical sales presentations and offer after-sales support
Follow up on credit customer payments and alert management on risks or delays
Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability and stock movement
Collect and report market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends
Represent the company in industry exhibitions, field days, and promotional events
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline
3–4 years of experience in animal feed, feed additives, or agricultural input sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Strong organizational and reporting abilities
Technical sales experience or prior work with feed mills is an added advantage
