Job Description
Reporting into the hotel’s leadership, the Sales Manager plans and executes sales strategies, manages key accounts, and drives initiatives that meet or exceed revenue targets. The role collaborates closely with operations to enhance guest experience, analyzes performance to inform commercial decisions, manages costs and inventory to maintain productivity, and oversees audit-ready documentation and compliance. The Sales Manager mentors the sales team, nurtures partnerships, and champions RHG culture and service standards.

How to Apply

Proven experience in a hotel/hospitality sales management role.
Strong leadership and team management; ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of high-value wins.
Passion for hospitality and outstanding guest service.
Proficiency with sales/CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
High personal integrity; thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
