About the Role
OMEL Medical Equipment Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market share, and maintaining strong client relationships within the medical and consumer goods industries.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent high performance.
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Prepare, analyze, and present sales reports and performance updates to management.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales—preferably within the medical equipment or consumer goods sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation, networking, and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
