Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Uganda. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, strengthen partnerships with distributors and customers, and drive business growth.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and strategic partners.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve performance goals.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to increase product awareness and adoption.
Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to guide sales strategies and decision-making.
Ensure high standards of customer service and after-sales support.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the energy, renewable energy, or technology sector.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies and experience introducing new products to the market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and lead a results-driven team.
Willingness to travel within Uganda as required.
