Huazhou, a leading manufacturer of aggregate stones, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales manager to join the team. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong background in sales within the quarrying or construction materials industry and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. The role involves market development, sales execution, and ensuring excellent customer service.

How to Apply

Market Development and Sales:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors.

  • Expand the market share for products through strategic customer acquisition and retention.

  • Promote and sell aggregate stone products to meet diverse customer needs.


Sales Execution and Targets:

  • Execute and achieve the company’s monthly sales plan, targeting the sale of 500 cars (25 cubic meters per car) of aggregate stones.

  • Monitor the transportation of products to ensure timely delivery to customers.

  • Resolve customer issues effectively, including after-sales concerns.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

  • Actively gather and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.

  • Build and maintain customer information network for market insights.


Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide regular updates and feedback to management regarding market trends, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the quarry, construction materials, or related industries.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts.

  • Strong network of customer resources within the construction or infrastructure sectors.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide effective solutions.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
