Job Description
The Sales Graduate Management Trainees will undergo structured training in sales and business development. The programme is designed to equip graduates with practical skills in customer engagement, field sales, product promotion, and market development to prepare them for future sales leadership roles within CFID.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in structured sales and management training programmes
- Conduct field sales and customer engagement activities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Support marketing and product promotion initiatives
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets under supervision
- Learn company products, systems, and sales strategies
