Job Description
The Coffee Graduate Management Trainees will undergo structured training in coffee production and plantation management. The role is designed to equip graduates with practical skills in agricultural operations, processing, quality control, and plantation management to prepare them for future supervisory and management positions within CFID.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in on-the-job training across coffee plantation operations
- Support daily agricultural and production activities
- Learn and apply best practices in coffee cultivation and processing
- Assist in monitoring crop health and productivity
- Participate in quality control and post-harvest handling processes
- Support reporting and documentation of plantation activities
- Adhere to safety, environmental, and company standards
- Undertake assignments in different departments as part of training rotation
