Job Description
Recruit agency hierarchies from head offices to sub-agents within the territory.
Ensure agents and sub-agents are active, trained, and equipped with float.
Recruit merchants, manage their activity levels, and drive engagement.
Ensure trade development and maximum product visibility across the territory.
Provide comprehensive product training to agents, sub-agents, and sales staff.
Facilitate product availability, float management, and continuous business growth.
Reactivate dormant outlets and manage non-performing agents.
Conduct regular monitoring and reporting to ensure territory sales targets are met.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Recruit agent head offices, sub-agents, and merchants in assigned territory.
Manage recruitment pipeline and ensure engaged, active participants.
Train agents, sub-agents, and sales teams on product knowledge and sales skills.
Support float availability and smooth transactions across the territory.
Ensure high product visibility through trade development initiatives.
Manage performance of agents/merchants and reactivate dormant outlets.
Report regularly on sales activity, agent performance, and trade engagement.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
Experience: At least 2 years in sales; telecom/MNO experience is an added advantage.
Technical Competencies:
Agent and merchant recruitment and operations.
Business training and trade management skills.
Core Competencies:
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Team player with ability to work collaboratively with mobile teams.
Outlet management and reactivation expertise.
Leadership Competencies:
Business acumen and strategic orientation.
Results-driven with ability to achieve targets.
Commitment to developing self and others.
