Job Description
Our client is a Real Estate Development Company that builds ultra-modern and luxury residential properties in upscale locations. They are seeking a driven Sales Executive who will be charged with selling apartments, managing leads, and nurturing clients from initial inquiry all the way to closing. Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- You will identify, prospect, and engage potential buyers for available apartment units.
- You will manage the full sales cycle from first contact to property tours, negotiations, and closing.
- You will conduct market research to understand client needs, pricing trends, and competitive offerings.
- You will build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- You will follow up with prospects consistently and maintain strong client relationships.
- You will deliver compelling presentations, property walkthroughs, and product explanations.
- You will work with internal teams to ensure accurate property documentation and smooth closing processes.
- You will prepare and submit weekly sales reports, activity updates, and forecasts.
- You will represent the brand professionally and uphold the highest standards of service and integrity.
