Job Description
The Reconciliation Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and resolving discrepancies across all internal and external accounts. This role involves the daily review of data transmitted to government systems, identifying discrepancies, and reconciling differences between source systems, intermediate systems, and final output.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Daily reviewing data transmitted to government authorities.
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies between source systems, intermediate systems, and final output.
- Handling bill cancellation and completions.
- Reviewing and providing resolutions for daily transactions with discrepancies across both internal and external accounts.
- Communicating effectively with third parties and government entities to ensure discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
- Developing and maintaining data integrity processes, control processes, and reconciliation checks.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports.
- Ensuring all tasks are resolved within the stipulated SLA.
- Managing operations, administration, and security of systems under the Intelligence and Data division in line with company standards, policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Taking responsibility for Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery Planning for all systems under the Intelligence and Data division.
