Job Description
Based in a fast-paced travel sales environment, the Sales Executive manages the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and lead follow-up to needs assessment, proposal, objection handling, and closing. The role requires confident phone/online engagement, expert product knowledge, meticulous pipeline management in CRM, and collaborative work with marketing and operations to ensure smooth bookings and high customer satisfaction. Success is measured by conversion rate, revenue, and retention.

How to Apply
Call, engage, and follow up with new and existing enquiries across phone, email, and chat.
Confidently present holiday packages, explain options, and guide customers through the booking journey.
Build rapport to understand budgets, preferences, and timelines; tailor recommendations accordingly.
Proactively manage and prioritize leads in the CRM to maximize conversions.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (conversion, AOV, revenue).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, travel trends, suppliers, and promotions.
Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations with attention to detail.
Keep CRM data clean and current (notes, next steps, status).
Escalate complex requests and collaborate with operations for seamless post-sale handover.
Collect feedback and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (insurance, add-ons, upgrades).
BA/BSc/HND preferred; relevant certifications in travel/sales are an advantage.
Proven sales experience (travel or service industry preferred).
Highly confident communicator over phone and online; strong persuasion and closing skills.
Target-driven mindset with resilience and a hunger to succeed.
Excellent organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple enquiries.
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital productivity tools.
Genuine passion for travel and for helping customers plan memorable holidays.
