Job Summary
CHINT Uganda is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and creative Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets—while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, and productivity.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Minimum of Second-Class Upper).
At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales role.
Excellent written communication, research, and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proven negotiation and client engagement skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
