Job Description
Drive sales of Agrolux, Agrofarm, Keyline, and Profi series tractors.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Segment product pitches by farmer type (traditional, modern, commercial estates).
- Organize Demo Days showcasing pulling power, PTO efficiency, and fuel economy.
- Partner with NGOs/government on agricultural development programs.
- Provide training on tractor maintenance and implement usage.
- Track seasonal demand cycles and align sales strategy.
- Maintain database of estate owners and cooperatives.
- Support farmers with financing applications (banks, SACCOs).
- Prepare reports on adoption rates and farmer satisfaction.
