Job Description
To support the daily implementation of plans as per agreed brand/marketing strategy in timely manner to achieve set objectives.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Steward the MPL/TEA brand to support brand promise, brand position and achieves overall business goals for the brand
- Conduct extensive market research and analyze studies of consumer behavior and market share relative to competitor products
- Engages, inspires and galvanizes the organization around the brand vision, position and strategies so they are clear in bringing them to life in their areas of functional expertise.
- Works collaboratively with marketing activation to execute packaging designs consistent with the brand
- Analyzes consumer trends and information, and categories to help identify product categories to enter as future sources of growth.
- Determines gaps in the market and seeks ways to fill them with the information derived from research
- Supports implementation of all MPL/TEA brand plans.
- Develop, implement and monitor media schedules for brand activities for internal and external media.
- Develop and maintain database for suppliers, agents, vendors, advertiser and readers.
- Support new product launches.
- Implements promotional activities and campaigns. Merchandising management for all ABL and BTL medium.
- Generate revenue from partnerships
