Job Description
Buildnet now seeks to recruit passionate, skilled and innovative Sales Executive.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s real estate products, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Identifying and generating new sales leads through marketing and networking activities.
- Promoting and selling company properties including apartments and villas.
- Conducting property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understanding client needs and recommending suitable property options.
- Negotiating sales terms and closing deals successfully.
- Preparing and following up on sales proposals and agreements.
- Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Providing regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
