Job Description
Buildnet now seeks to recruit passionate, skilled and innovative Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility to drive sales and business growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identifying target markets and customer segments for real estate products.
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Managing online presence including social media, website content, and digital advertising.
- Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.
- Coordinating with the sales team to generate leads and support sales initiatives.
- Managing the company’s brand image and ensuring consistent messaging.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Overseeing content creation including promotional materials, advertisements, and campaigns.
- Managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Leading and supervising the marketing team and external agencies where applicable.
