Job Description
The SDR will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to identify prospects, develop prospecting strategies, and secure qualified meetings. Responsibilities include outreach via email, social media, and cold calling; responding to inbound inquiries; supporting marketing campaigns; and contributing to global SDR team efforts. The ideal candidate will have proven SDR/BDR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote, high-velocity sales environment.

How to Apply
Partner with Sales to identify growth opportunities within targeted accounts.
Identify and qualify potential prospects based on function and influence.
Execute and refine prospecting strategies via email, social media, cold calling, and conversations.
Schedule and manage attendance for qualified meetings with Account Executives.
Support marketing campaigns and occasionally represent Andela at in-person events.
Ensure timely follow-up and responsiveness to inbound inquiries.
Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for opportunities, discovery calls, and revenue contributions.
Participate in EMEA Sales Team and global SDR team meetings and activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years of work experience (including internships), preferably in SDR/BDR roles.
Proven record of generating qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
Experience engaging enterprise and mid-market clients.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
Familiarity with digital roles and technical functions (basic to advanced).
Competencies
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to multitask across stakeholders and sales activities.
Problem-solving mindset with creativity to improve processes.
Team player with a strong desire to win and achieve results.
Comfortable working in a fully remote, high-paced sales culture.
