Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct sales acquisition for individual women, groups, digital wallets, and group digitalization
- Promote and sell banking services including loans, savings accounts, credit cards, and investment services
- Conduct client consultations to assess financial needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Mobilize and engage community groups, women's groups, SACCOs, and cooperatives
- Coordinate project delivery, stakeholder management, and operational support activities
