Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying new sales opportunities, and converting prospects into clients. The role involves active engagement with potential customers through cold calling, networking, and social media. The successful candidate will prepare and deliver product presentations, participate in exhibitions, and negotiate deals. They will also be tasked with maintaining stock availability for demonstrations, gathering feedback, handling objections, and collaborating with the internal team to optimize results. Regular sales and financial reporting will also form a key part of the responsibilities.

  • B.Sc / HND in any relevant discipline

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role

  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office; CRM software experience is a plus

  • Understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques

  • Ability to deliver engaging product presentations

  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and a quick learner with a passion for sales
