Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying new sales opportunities, and converting prospects into clients. The role involves active engagement with potential customers through cold calling, networking, and social media. The successful candidate will prepare and deliver product presentations, participate in exhibitions, and negotiate deals. They will also be tasked with maintaining stock availability for demonstrations, gathering feedback, handling objections, and collaborating with the internal team to optimize results. Regular sales and financial reporting will also form a key part of the responsibilities.

How to Apply
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs
Actively seek new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media
Set up meetings with potential customers and address their concerns
Deliver effective presentations about company products
Prepare sales and financial reports for internal use
Ensure availability of products for sales and demonstrations
Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences
Negotiate deals and manage customer objections
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve better results
Collect customer feedback and communicate with relevant departments
B.Sc / HND in any relevant discipline
2–5 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
Solid knowledge of MS Office; CRM software experience is a plus
Understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
Ability to deliver engaging product presentations
Self-motivated, result-driven, and a quick learner with a passion for sales
