Job Description
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and sales-driven individual who will manage our social media presence and actively sell to both online and walk-in customers. The ideal candidate must be confident, creative, and able to engage customers both digitally and physically.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Create engaging content and sell products on TikTok and other social media platforms
- Respond to customer inquiries and convert them into sales
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service
- Actively market and promote products to people within the garden area
- Maintain a clean and attractive store environment
- Assist with stock organization and basic record keeping
