Job Description
The Sales / Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging new and existing clients, promoting Smileville’s products and services, and ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery. This includes preparing quotations, handling inquiries, maintaining client pipelines, and supporting marketing campaigns. The role requires active participation in exhibitions, outreach events, and online platforms to increase brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and contribute to overall business growth.

Visit dental clinics, hospitals, and prospects to introduce company offerings.
Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and coordinate with the supply chain for timely delivery.
Actively promote products and services to relevant professionals and institutions.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and ensure smooth communication.
Monitor and track sales progress, update client pipelines, and maintain accurate records.
Support social media marketing by creating or suggesting content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and outreach events.
Collect and document client feedback to improve service delivery.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–3 years’ proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and follow-up ability.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage client pipelines effectively.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and CRM or tracking tools.
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for business use.
Willingness to conduct regular field visits and represent the company at events.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
