How to Apply
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities. Use insights to tailor strategies for customer acquisition, service improvement, and market expansion in logistics services.
Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Design, implement, and manage effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This includes building client relationships, negotiating contracts, and developing tailored logistics solutions for corporate and individual clients.
Brand Promotion and Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility. This includes creating promotional materials, managing digital marketing channels, organizing events, and liaising with media to increase awareness of Kibiwa Logistics services.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with current and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and feedback to improve service quality.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on sales and marketing activities. Provide regular reports on KPIs, campaign performance, and revenue growth, using data to refine strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
Proven experience in sales & marketing in the freight forwarding industry.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Strong communication, negotiation & Interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation & problem-solving abilities.
