Job Description

The role develops go-to-market plans, leads demand generation, and manages a healthy sales pipeline from lead to close. It includes market and competitor analysis, proposal development, pricing input, and ROI tracking. The Lead will coordinate campaigns highlighting solar, wind, and clean-energy offerings, produce forecasts and dashboards, and nurture long-term partnerships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

  • 3–4 years’ progressive experience in sales & marketing (renewables/power/utilities/sustainability preferred).

  • Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of renewable solutions, market dynamics, and client needs.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about the energy transition.
