Job Description
To advise and sell insurance products to bank customers, providing excellent service while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. The role is responsible for resolving customer queries, managing policy-related requests, and supporting the achievement of bancassurance sales targets. Promote, sell, and provide guidance on insurance products to bank customers through various channels.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote, sell, and provide guidance on insurance products to bank customers through various channels.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance solutions that meet customer needs.
- Respond to customer insurance queries and complaints promptly, escalating only complex issues when necessary.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, branch staff, insurers, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
