Job Title: Sales & Distribution Personnel (Fresher Jobs)

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Drive sales growth by identifying new clients, managing customer relationships and achieving set sales targets.
Coordinate product distribution by executing delivery routes, ensuring timely deliveries and reconciling stock and delivery documentation.
Monitor market activity and provide feedback on customer needs, competitor actions and opportunities to increase product visibility and sales.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
Experience: 2 years
Technical Skills
At least 2 years of experience as a territory supervisor in a leading beverages company.
Hands-on experience in sales and distribution strategy formulation and implementation.
