Job Description

Knight Frank Uganda is seeking a highly capable Retail Shopping Centre Manager to lead the operational and commercial performance of a busy Shopping centre.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing large-format Retail operations – such as a chain supermarket or high-volume independent supermarket – with proven expertise in financial control, operations management, tenant coordination and administrative leadership.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee full operational and commercial performance of the shopping centre
Manage budgets, financial controls, and reporting processes
Coordinate tenants and ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations
Lead and supervise centre management teams and service providers
Drive revenue growth and optimise occupancy levels
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Maintain strong stakeholder and client relationships
