The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations, including supervising staff, maintaining service standards, managing budgets and supplies, and fostering a positive customer experience. The role demands hands-on leadership to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong management capabilities, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction
Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent service
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
Manage staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage
Monitor restaurant inventory and order supplies when necessary
Maintain accurate financial records including sales, budgets, and expenditures
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures
Coordinate with kitchen and front office teams to streamline service delivery
Prepare performance reports and propose improvements
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Manager in a busy hotel or restaurant
Proven leadership and supervisory experience
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational, budgeting, and communication abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
