Job Description
The Restaurant Manager provides strategic and hands-on leadership across four outlets, ensuring each unit meets financial targets, operational KPIs, food safety and cleanliness standards, and world-class guest experience. The role oversees P&L, inventory and supply chain, staffing and training, marketing activation at store level, and continuous improvement of SOPs for both front-of-house and back-of-house. You will mentor unit supervisors, coordinate cross-location scheduling, standardize procedures, analyze performance dashboards, and implement initiatives that elevate consistency, speed, and quality across all concepts.

How to Apply
Provide multi-unit leadership: plan, direct, and review daily operations across four outlets.
Own financial performance: set targets, manage P&L, optimize COGS/labour, and deliver profitability.
Maintain standards: enforce FOH/BOH SOPs, cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety (HACCP-aligned).
Drive guest experience: monitor service quality, resolve escalations, and manage feedback systems.
People management: recruit, onboard, schedule, coach, and performance-manage teams and supervisors.
Training & development: run skills matrices, conduct refreshers, and build a bench of future leaders.
Inventory & vendors: forecast demand, manage ordering, receiving, storage, and supplier relationships.
Compliance & risk: ensure statutory, health & safety, and brand compliance; conduct audits.
Marketing support: execute local store marketing, promotions, and menu/price change rollouts.
Reporting & analytics: track KPIs (sales mix, AUV, ticket size, speed of service, waste, OT), and submit weekly/monthly reports with action plans.
Continuous improvement: identify process gaps, pilot improvements, and scale best practices across units.
BA/BSc/HND in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
8–15 years’ experience in restaurant management; multi-unit or mixed (FS + QSR) experience preferred.
Strong financial acumen with proven P&L ownership and cost control achievements.
Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, QA, and SOP implementation.
High initiative, hands-on, resilient, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Proficient with POS/back-office systems, inventory tools, and Excel-based reporting.
