Job Description
We are recruiting for a Restaurant Hostess to serve as a first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
This role involves managing reservations and seating plans to optimize table usage while maintaining high standards of presentation at the entrance area.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage reservations, seating plans, and guests flow to optimize table usage
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure menus are provided promptly.
- Liaise effectively with management and service staff regarding guest requirements and special requests.
- Maintain the reception and entrance area to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Provide accurate information regarding the restaurant and assist with guest inquiries. are communicated to kitchen supervisor
- Assist in managing waiting lists during peak service hours.
