Job Description
To conduct research on farm machinery and production engineering at NARO.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop farm machinery for improved production efficiency
- Research mechanization solutions for smallholder farmers
- Test and evaluate agricultural machinery performance
- Develop appropriate technologies for farm operations
- Prepare research reports and machinery specifications
- Train extension staff and farmers on machinery use
