Job Description
This is a flexible online role designed for individuals who want to earn income remotely by helping AfriCareers maintain, promote, and grow its job platform. Data Entrants will use our online portal to input and manage job listings, share job opportunities, and refer jobseekers — all while earning commissions for completed tasks and referrals.
You can work part-time or full-time, with no supervisor or fixed working hours. Payments are made weekly based on your performance and activity. The more effort and consistency you put in, the more you earn. This initiative is part of AfriCareers’ loyalty program aimed at rewarding its premium members for their continued engagement and contribution to the platform’s growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Enter and update job data on the AfriCareers portal.
Share job opportunities on social media platforms to attract applicants.
Refer jobseekers and employers to the platform to increase reach and earnings.
Monitor posted jobs for accuracy and report any inconsistencies.
Engage with your online network to promote AfriCareers’ services.
Manage your performance dashboard and track your weekly payouts.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
No prior work experience or qualification required.
Must have an active premium membership on AfriCareers.
Must have access to a computer, laptop, or a high-performing smartphone.

Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
Strong passion for digital work and earning income online.
Active social media presence (an added advantage).
