Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with clients within the assigned community or branch area
- Mobilize savings, promote loan products, and support client onboarding
- Conduct field visits to assess client needs and business viability
- Support portfolio growth and repayment monitoring in the assigned area
- Represent UGAFODE professionally within the community and among SACCOs and other partners
