Job Description
The Regional Innovations Supervisor will oversee innovation initiatives at One Acre Fund in Uganda, testing new agricultural solutions, improving farmer outcomes, and supporting the development and scaling of innovations across the region.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the design and testing of agricultural innovations and new interventions
- Supervise field trials and innovation pilots
- Analyse trial data and make recommendations for scaling successful innovations
- Manage a team of field staff implementing innovation activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development
- Report on innovation outcomes and impact metrics
- Support farmer training and capacity building on new techniques
