Job Description
The Recovery officer will be responsible for enforcing the complete repayment of all non-performing loans and impounding vehicles from defaulting clients.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Calling Asaak’s clients and encouraging them to repay their loans.
- Monitoring loan payments.
- Ensuring that the set targets on bad debt recoveries are met.
- Monitoring tracking devices in clients’ motorbikes and reporting suspicious behavior (including nights and weekends as needed).
- Impounding vehicles from defaulting clients.
- Conducting field visits associated with recoveries and compliance.
- Managing assigned loan portfolio.
- Taking individual action as per policy to recover delinquent loans, and any other duty as may be assigned.
