Job Description
The Records Management internship offers recent graduates exposure to practical records handling and information management processes in a public sector institution. Interns will assist with cataloguing, filing, archiving, and ensuring secure access to official records and data. The internship is open to unemployed graduates who meet the eligibility criteria, and selected candidates will be required to fulfill compliance requirements before commencement.

How to Apply
Assist in maintaining and updating records and information systems.
Support document filing, classification, retrieval, and archiving processes.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and security of corporate records.
Participate in digitization and records automation initiatives.
Support staff with access to records and information as required.
Perform any other duties related to records management as assigned.
Must be a Kenyan citizen.
Degree or Diploma in Records Management, Library Science, Information Science, ICT, or related field from a recognized institution.
Graduated within the last three years.
Must be unemployed and have no prior work experience related to their field of study.
Should not have benefited from a similar internship program.
Not retired or exited from formal employment.
Compliance requirements before appointment:
National ID copy.
Curriculum Vitae.
Degree/Diploma certificate or transcripts.
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation.
Valid personal medical insurance cover (NHIF or reputable provider).
Registration with National Social Security Fund (NSSF).
Personal accident insurance cover.
Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) PIN.
