Job Description
Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial balances through daily reconciliation and strict financial controls. This role is critical for monitoring failed transactions and enforcing compliance with financial control procedures.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank, mobile money, billers, ATM, and branch cash balances daily
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Monitor failed transactions, reversals, and unmatched entries
- Maintain accurate reconciliation records and audit trails
- Escalate unresolved variances within set timelines
- Enforce compliance with financial control procedures
