Job Description
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff at MPower Steel. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling calls and correspondence, welcoming visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Receptionist must be professional, organized, and customer-oriented.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for management.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Maintain visitor logs and security protocols for staff and guests.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
- Support office events, meetings, and internal communications as required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
